Qualifications: As a college professor, James taught university-level writing and research courses to students in the social and biological sciences. He has also served as the editor-in-chief of a peer-reviewed academic journal and as a book review editor. As such, your personal writing coach has experience editing, proofreading, formatting, and otherwise correcting a wide variety of student work: academic articles, high school essays, college papers, university theses, and more. He is well-versed in rules of grammar, writing conventions, referencing practices, and style guidelines.
Details: The nature of the assistance you require is up to you; James can help you with a single piece of writing, or he can guide you through the process of becoming a stronger and more engaging writer over multiple papers and assignments.
Project duration is flexible. Some sessions will consist of you working together alongside your writing coach. Other sessions will include James' extensive editing and proofreading services.
